Dangerous office politics- you will find yourself in treacherous waters. Tread carefully or else you may even end up a scapegoat for someone else's blunder. HRs- namesake morons, they hardly meet you. Forget your grievances, it goes unheard. Bottomline is, unless you work in the capacity of a manager, you are always at risk.
