Everything ...... Everything.... Always delay in salary, unnecessary deductions, Unsupportive hr, manager and even they are not doing leave encashment I had 10 leaves in my account also they deducted pf every month but it's not showing in my passbook

Salaries were paid on time. All the resources were available for development.

Work Details

Work was good. But the requirements were not clear. Guess they were very new to development process hence the set back.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
