Likes

It was a good company back then when they didn't get investments. After investments they got wings.

Dislikes

1. The VP of engineering lacks any skills or knowledge in technology. 2. The VP feels insecure in the presence of senior developers. 3. There is no recognition or praise for the founding developers who diligently built products such as the app, CRM, and website. 4. The CTO appears indifferent to efforts aimed at improving the company and its products. 5. Attempts may be made to guilt-trip employees to dissuade them from requesting salary increases. 6.
