The environment is fast paced but supportive. The leadership is a little bit demanding yet open to ideas and feedback. There is a lot to learn across different functions, provided you are open to take ownership of your role and explore. The company is solving real world problems in the biofuel space making sustainability more accessible.

Dislikes

The fast paced environment - While it is exciting, it gets a bit overwhelming at times when multiple priorities clash Limited structure - since the company is evolving, there is no robust structure in place Resouce constraint - as a growing startup, budgets and resources are often tight
