The food is just awesome and healthy. 2) Unlimited coffee☕ and pantry facilities. 3) Very good work life balance (7 pm to 4 am). 4) Managers here are so chill as long as you're not a liability to them. 5) Company provides you gift on your birthday. 6) Your Job is safe as long as you're not a liability to them. There is no proper rules or procedures everything changes everytime depending on the management decision and bathroom and coffee breaks are timed and monitored. Even team members can't discuss work related issues in person inside office which is counted as break time.
