I have been in BT for the past 10 months and I must say that it's an employee-centric company. The benifits provided by the company are amazing. The work culture is good. The managers are friendly and they promote healthy competition among the colleagues. Also the company has got a good ambience and a huge cafeteria. The work life balance is good here. The job is interesting. It was a bit challenging initially as I was a fresher. But the members are supportive and cooperative.
