BT is a very good company. For mental peace. Work life balance .free transportation.free food . It's a very good company . I have worked for 6 years .

Dislikes

Nothing . It's just didn't got hike in 2020 .

Work Details

Very good . In fact for work life balance it's the best company.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. Im not sure what to do Can you guys suggest me
