Only job stability nothing else... No good increment no leave encasement no holiday.... No work life balance only work work work... Only unnessary late sitting daily basis and no leave on weekends..

During corona roster was there, but on record of HR there was only roster at work from but reporting office was speaking to join office daily. Worst culture below as small lala company,,, there is no Paid leave, casual leave policy.. Every company give paid leave encasement facility but here's not. Saturday is off but reporting office speake join every Saturday and public holiday while people is sitting empty on holiday.. No call from outside due to bses experience.. Think before thousand while joining this company...if want to expoiled you're carrier then u can think. One more think is that mass resign had been done due to pathetic policy like very low incremental trend....Read More
