Company policies are not transparent, actually BSES YAMUNA POWER LTD has taken the advantage of Covid-19, employees had not given performance salary hike last two years, now they have actual reason not to give this benefit to employees. Being a essential service provider employees not given medical assurance other than their medical facility while fighting to this condition
