This is by far the worst and most dishonest company I have encountered in my 15 years of professional experience. The entire organization is riddled with nepotism and unethical practices. Yash Mirchandani, Suresh Mirchandani, Karishma Mirchandani, and Nishita Mirchandani only focus the employees are harassed and mistreated at everystep. As for HR, Chirayu Gurmukhi is completely incompetent and irresponsible. Despite following up more than 1000 times, I still haven’t received the payment for my work. There’s no respect for employees, no value for hard work, and the work environment is highly toxic. I wouldn’t be surprised if they are involved in tax evasion or other shady practices. If you value your peace of mind and hard-earned efforts, stay far away from this company....Read More

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. There is nothing which I like about working with bryka. Only the director sir was good, Employees who are very sure about work can only work here.

Dislikes

Everything which a employees expect from a good company, strict 3 years bond, 3 months notice period, strick working hours, Worst HR Policies, proper supervision on employees via CCTV, not at all good for employees who are expecting from this company. There is nothing to like about working here from the water problem in the washrooms to salary and management dictatorship company of 4 mix breed The HR department is the puppet of management The manager yosh ( son of the owner ) don't know anything about the engineering and he have degree from US masters degree

No job security they can fire u at any time if u talk to management harsh then they can fire u if u will disagree with the policies they will fire at immediate effect, if u have no option to work in the whole world then u can come here that's it

Management and their policies... No Salary hike after getting promotion to senior position. You can't take leave if any public holiday are there then you can't take leave before 1 day and after 1 day of public holiday. If you take management will cut your two days salary for this . Management have rights to terminate you any time without notice. In R&D team they just do copy and paste from other resources for proposal work....Read More
