There is nothing to like about working here from the water problem in the washrooms to salary and management dictatorship company of 4 mix breed The HR department is the puppet of management The manager yosh ( son of the owner ) don't know anything about the engineering and he have degree from US masters degree

Management and their policies... No Salary hike after getting promotion to senior position. You can't take leave if any public holiday are there then you can't take leave before 1 day and after 1 day of public holiday. If you take management will cut your two days salary for this . This is by far the worst and most dishonest company I have encountered in my 15 years of professional experience. The entire organization is riddled with nepotism and unethical practices. Yash Mirchandani, Suresh Mirchandani, Karishma Mirchandani, and Nishita Mirchandani only focus the employees are harassed and mistreated at everystep. As for HR, Chirayu Gurmukhi is completely incompetent and irresponsible. Despite following up more than 1000 times, I still haven’t received the payment for my work. There’s no respect for employees, no value for hard work, and the work environment is highly toxic. I wouldn’t be surprised if they are involved in tax evasion or other shady practices.
