Great place to work company supported during COVID-19 time. Received full salary 2 years work from home on essential space and defense project which was really great by management to support us and allow us to work and see our safety first. Small business unit with fix shift hours of work. Working 5 days a week in night shift and day shift 5.5 days environment Received multiple training from India and US team learning Aerospace project with such high skill India and US engineer was great exposure. Great place to work, monopolistic management but very fair and patient. The inclusiveness in this company and internal evaluation systems are so technically designed and managed that is evident that one will grow and learn in this company, if the person works with 100% dedication. Lots of Love to BRYKA.

Maybe office premises are very compact for now, but the company is shifting to a new office very soon in a CORPORATE HUB.
