Pay is very high for new joiners and person who is working for 2-3 years left behind with very less salary. Promotions are very rare.

Managers are everything here, misusing their power and hr management is just a kind of puppet. PIP is used as a cross cutting tool. Worked with many organizations before, this is the worst one.

Managers are everything here, they are given all the power to decide your future in wells fargo and they Misuse it for sure. Pip is used here as an cross cutting tool. Racism is at its core. Most of the managers are stable in same project since decade and have lack of work ethics. Ive worked with many org before, this is the worst ever.

ER is not for employee it is only to support management.There are few team were you need to take breaks on rota system,if you are 1min late ,you get ping from the workforce management.Toxic work culture

While recruiting, they will not clearly explain all the requirements. After you join, they start saying rotational shift, No allowance for night shifts, You have to work outside your login hours to cover US meeting or urgent projects. They say CAB will be provided but it will be bus - point pickup, its the worst. It will pick you upso early and drop you 30 mins early before your shift starts. No allowance, no reimbursement of any sorts. After you join, Nobody cares. Nobody will introduce themselves or the project or the work. Everything is so robotic. Their hires in management level just worst, they don't even have an idea whom to hire on which position, some idiots are hired in manager level and that spoils the whole thing, and those only have micro management knowledge except the actual knowledge of the process.

Nothing more good to say as all top level management in wells fargo india should be removed as they are only in just to fill their own pockets and no new projects. They just show off only when client comes and really this has to be taken into consideration seriously if not India wells team will be shut soon. Remove all top level managers and recruit new staff in order to get things corrected asap

It depends on the department and the leadership but overall Culture similar in comparison to its peers and way better than other organisations in same industry.

Dislikes

No Strategic vision of Indian leadership in some department. Employee benefits are being curtailed in a phased manner which will definitely impact long term bonding between organisation and its employees.

I like the new team I joined recently, good team collaboration and mutual respect.

I was into different team previously. The manager was the king of micromanagement and he has two boot lickers and those people always takes other's credit. Environment was too bad and entire team dissolved because people left that manager.

If you are working under consumer lending the management it’s self pathetic worst managers are there under Ravi Natarajan. Lot of politics involved in IJP and year end ratings. Favourisim plays important role in IJP and year end ratings
