It's one of best place to start career learning wise.

Salary, bonus, benefits totally outdated, managers keep eyes on your breaks like pakka Indian culture. Bonus salary hike not for hard workers it's only for bucket employees. This company has one of the worst cab services for who work in night shift.

Broadridge is good for female Associates, male management show a lot of bise towards female Associates If Female Associates maintain proper Rapo with male management, their promotion, hike and etc will be excellent

We have good projects in Briadridge and recently almost all projects are introducing AI into the system. You will have internal opportunities if you want to move out of the project. Broadridge conducts CSR events every year which basically to provide education, food, and other events to help the backward school children. You will get opportunities to learn.
