Broadridge is good for female Associates, male management show a lot of bise towards female Associates If Female Associates maintain proper Rapo with male management, their promotion, hike and etc will be excellent

wouldn't recommend anyone to join this company. The owner is not friendly salry is not good for even a single person. You have to pay fule from your side. Is anyone customer find in your known circle, you won't get any kind of commissione. All over thing is just dont.

We have good projects in Briadridge and recently almost all projects are introducing AI into the system. You will have internal opportunities if you want to move out of the project. Broadridge conducts CSR events every year which basically to provide education, food, and other events to help the backward school children. You will get opportunities to learn. Company has lot of toxic people who occupied middle management designations from longer period from hyderabad and support only there own like minded individuals who obey them. Hyderabad management is so annoy that they are not ready to share KT. They are more focused to retain the authority with them. Bangalore team is just for namesake.
