I had worked as an associate and it was 3rd party payroll for one of their projects, first of all for this project they hire the quantity people not qualitative. Language feeling is what I felt mostly in my time span of 6 months there. Full-time and contractual feeling is there. Team leaders (except 2) treated us like wagers, as I have worked under 5 TLs. Dislikes

To reduce cost they hire people from job agencies and on contractual basis which I felt is bad for the growth of a candidate and their career. Salary structure is also not up to standards for living in Hyderabad
