It was my dream company,Let me share the story, I use to work for UNISYS and stay near Broadridge HYD office, For 2 years I saw that company daily and told myself that one day, I will work here, after 2 years I landed the job there,Actual Leaders are amazingly visionary,Senior management are very ground to earth people.Very approachable and responsive.

Lot of dependencies and people resist to share knowledge, Lack of cross training, which is a huge compromises on risk mitigation, there’s not a lot of learning and growing opportunities.It is a Legacy tech company so moving from there is not easy too, as tech is almost in a time of upgrade, but again if you are looking to settle down it’s a fit, but if you are in mid level experience guy who is trying to hustle it’s certainly not the place....Read More
