Work-life balance is generally good, though it can vary significantly depending on the department and the client you are working with. Other than that I don't see anything i like.

Dislikes

Broadridge has a highly biased work culture where Hyderabad-based associates receive preferential treatment due to the majority of managers being located there. There is no scope for upskilling, there will be no periodic one on one's, and promotions seem to be based on favoritism. Many managers appear unfit for their roles.
