Regional teams have some really nice people. Located away from the usual office areas and hence easy to reach. Britannia holds a lot as brand value and has helped me in my career. Good policies.

Infra is good. Transportation facilities was good. Down the line workers are hardworking which is easy for me to tackle the shift.

Humiliating people very badly specially in QA department. Pull down employees motivation. Partially issue in QA department. Unnecessary talks even i want to say gossips during Meeting. Most of the Unfair decisions was taken.

Good people at the grassroots level, good connections with us, and more firefighting and greenfield experience

More partiality and politics, little coordination with the team, more egoism among the team members, no guidance and learning, more stressed, and mental not feeling well.

Very toxic culture, majorly because of 4-5 individuals. I recommend do a proper due diligence specially for the reporting manager you are going to work under.
