There is no growth here, clearly the company doesn't operate in a productive manner. CTO claims to have 14yrs of experience and orders as if he knows everything about AI Clearly he's an idiot, arrogant not open for any meet/discussion during work And most importantly he knows nothing about software development. During interview i was promised after probation laptop will be given which wasn't and salary hike was expected which was again denied due to stupid reasons Even their vendor teams where struggling to work with them. I told them during interview if i feel there is not growth i would leave the company. Now they are refusing to provide me my exit letter. Also they are false claiming that i haven't done any work these people dont have the resources or the brain to build AI products. Office located in Residential Area bit away from main but they are providing Free cab services
