Salary horrible, teachers very carefree, no dedication, no responsibility and the management not taking initiative to improvise the school

Good environment, helpful and cooperative employees.Staffs and employees feel like family together while serving there.There is lack of proper management that should be improved,as the teacher pay is very low,a competitive salary is an obvious and important way to acknowledge the hard w ork teachers do every day. Dislikes

First of all,the management,secondly their lack of strict rules and regulations for the students instead of teachers.The maximum parents are not cooperative and being irresponsible their children are not active in the class, as they spend maximum hours a day at home,as a result of fact,at home the role of parents is very important.Th erefore it is directly related to the school management and parenting.Politics is also a major factor, management doesn't address our issues.Career growth is very slow.Job training is not given to new joinees.
