The culture isn't balanced. They always hire the wrong people at the top level who has no knowledge of the role they have hired due to which they underperform and leave the company within a few months and the entire burden is on the lower level managers. They keep rotating people from one department to the other. Eg. A programs manager is asked to handle marketing I mean a person who has zero knowledge of marketing is asked to market what sense does it make? the targets are unrealistic and you are expected to do it alone.
