If this company has to move ahead then it should have first hired the worst staff like Sam, Rahul and old employees. This company is the worst . In this company, they treat us like dogs, as if they know everything and nothing else. They have 15 years of experience. They really don't know anything. These employees are complete donkeys, like bulls.

I like work culture and senior respect junior very well. I learnt a lot from Senior regarding accounts enrty,TDS,income tax,work on tally. The company celebrates every employee birthday

This company good for freshers and give the good salary for freshers.Work is not thought here but pressure is high.

Dislikes

Firstly politics is too much here that's why I give up my job.No salary increment no salary came on fix date, HR is useless here.Policies are not good, Management is very bad no one listen to anyone..Two or three person are here who think of themselves managers. Even more negative things here can't explain.

I wish i could rate company culture negative, as I have worked in MNC's for 8 years and never experience such horrible culture! Its a handful of people cheating you. They will make you work and then prove you have done something wrong - horribly wrong - and you are not worth even your salary. They will monitor you like a dog! They will try to check what you are doing in every step....for every single penny. Leave alone work-life-balance, you will be their pet dog if you work here. This was the worst experience of 7 months, and i lost my mind in the job. Indo-canadian theives! In the end, they will not even pay your salary. The will make you believe you did something wrong - cheated them - let out their secrets, when they themselves share their secrets with the whole company through google meets. Beware!!...Read More

There is nothing to like......there is no proper HR policy to support employees, there is no proper work-live balance, work ethics, nothing. If they want, they will treat you like a dog, if they want they will pay,....if they want they will provide you with things....if they want you can work on your laptop, if they want they will allow you to go spend time with family, if they want they will give you leave.....they just want a dog, not an employee!!...Read More

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
