Working culture of the clients from New York - Pfizer Inc. was fast paced and got to learn a lot of things such as Project Management, time management, deliverables to client and working with global leaders around the world was an amazing experience.

Dislikes

Managers and VPs were not good leaders and had no motivational factor. They were never supporting the team and only pushed employees to get their work done. Management was not good with paying out incentives, finance and VP were least bothered about the employees concerns and showed no respect towards personal challenges. Could never get any transparency regarding benefits as they were too lame and hid all employee benefits. Growth was decent but the working culture is pathetic due to management or leaders incompetence. Need to improve in choosing good leaders to run the organisation smoothly instead of dumping work on employees. Lot of unwanted unproductive tracking tools implemented which takes up lot of time in this era of automation. Average place for people who are not really motivated and just need a job without any passion for their career or just to manage their monthly needs. Strongly not recommended for people who want a assertive approach to their work. This place sobers down the passion for life and only focuses on getting everything of an employee and not paying back in return. Considering joining the company, not a good move for people aspiring in your careers, I had made this terrible mistake joining before pandemic, compromised on my salary , my designation since it was close to work and they offered work from home, but post my working from office they had a very bad attitude..CEO, AVP , VP , other managers are not approachable and lack comptence that you expect in leadership Unrealistic expectations, poorly designed infrastructure and reporting hirearcy. Too much office politics and favouritism is rampant. Compensation major drawback, they give you all reasons to not pay. Overall toxic work culture....Read More
