Sometimes the goals and responsibilities are unclear, At times you end up doing anything and everything which has its pros and cons both. Outside your role and JD responsibilities

It is good company.I work from home Here. They payment on time.It is trustable company. But due to internal politics,one day they all fired us. I am involved in all these things. Come to know about that After several week. No job security.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.
