1. Job Security: In Brainium, you don't need to be worried about your job security as long as you are efficient at your work. Brainium holds its employees even in tough market situations. I have never heard of some fired here. 2. Flexible work Environnement: Brainium offers a flexible work environment i.e you can work from home whenneeded it supports work-life balance to a great extent. There is not much work pressure. However, for development work projects, at the time of delivery, sometimes we need to stay a little longer. 3. Learning Opportunity: I have joined here as a freshres and in these 2.5 years learned a lot new things.
