Nothing to like about the company, the worst working environment in my career so far. I feel sorry for myself for joining this pathetic company.

Poor management, coward project manager, always puts blame on team members to secure his own job position and gives tremendous mental pressure unnecessary so that employees can resign from his team and he can again recruit new Candidate keeping his own job secured. Can't construct basic english sentence, can't speak English fluently, clients get frustrated when they are in call with him. Still I don't know how this person is still acquiring a responsible position like project manager. This shows the company is least bothered about the interior mismanagement which can in future ruin their entire reputation. This is about the digital marketing department, the same thing goes with the sales team as well. Work environment is very good and flexible. Work from home and hybrid work both are available. Top management and seniors are very helpful and supportive. New joiner can get good career growth opportunity here. Every employees is getting free health insurance. Also there is casual leave, medical leave, maternity leave available for each employees. The management is providing periods leave for every women employees in each month. Every employees getting EPF. I would say the working atmosphere in Brainium amazing, from the very first day I have found everyone is very helpful and so friendly. You will get opportunities to learn new technologies that's the best thing also. Apart from all, there is one more thing I have to say about Brainium which is Brainium introduced 1 menstrual leave (paid) for women every month, which is really great initiative.

At Brainium Infotech, I found the equilibrium in personal and professional life. The sales team of most of the companies are very aggressive because of the unrealistic goal setting which takes a toll on mental health but here people are supportive, there's chance of growth.
