Brainium Information Technologies PVT LTD where I started working in 2014. At that time, it was AMS Technologies. My 11 years running with Brainium and I am so grateful that I got privileged with benefits. I must need to mention my management allowed me to take maternity leaves for a long period, remote working, work from home, so many benefits if I mentioned all, even not justifying. Brainium also has the policy of taking menstrual leave once in a month for female employees. I believe very few companies there who provide menstrual leave. Most importantly after my maternity leave Brainium also allowed me to rejoin for which I will be always grateful for my lifetime. I cannot remember anything negative about my employer, for me Brainium is 10 out of 10. At Brainium Infotech, I found the equilibrium in personal and professional life. The sales team of most of the companies are very aggressive because of the unrealistic goal setting which takes a toll on mental health but here people are supportive, there's chance of growth.
