None of the organization is good or bad ,it completely depends on the people in the company how they maintain the Prestige /decorum of the company by maintaining the decor . This company is no doubt good for freshers But people over their is making it worst environment to work . work culture ,the Etiquette, behavior nothing is followed which is making its work culture worst . No doubt the HIGHER AUTHORITY MD,CEO is excellent. But as an suggestion I would like to add few points MD of the company is researching on why the ex employees doesn't want to retain . Its very sad that the higher authorities such as MD,CEO they are not at all aware of this culture going on in the ground level .
