Please take note of the following details: - Around 7 months ago, a "Senior Technical Manager" was hired. Since then, the team's performance has deteriorated. His arrogance is unprecedented, as he refuses to acknowledge his mistakes and takes credit for others' work. He also micromanages and fails to give fair credit to the team. Despite bringing this to the manager's attention, there has been no improvement, and the HR team seems unaware or unresponsive. As a result, my colleagues and I are considering finding new jobs due to this specific issue. - Despite the company's strong performance, our salary increments barely meet labor laws, even though we work 10-hour days. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of action on these matters. - I can only speak to my personal experience within my team. Management from the top down is good. Easy to work with team members in India (I am in the US). Rajeev (CEO) is a good guy and has a good management team working for him. They have been very involved during the hiring process and throughout my contract.
