I have been working with Boston Technology Corporation (BTC) since 2021 as a Java Developer and I can confidently say that it has been a rewarding and enriching experience. I have been provided a platform to grow both professionally and personally, and I am grateful for the opportunities it has presented. I have worked with some of the biggest clients in the US healthcare space. The work environment at BTC is conducive to learning and it provides you opportunities to grow. The talented and collaborative colleagues are always willing to lend a helping hand, making the overall atmosphere friendly and supportive. The company culture fosters a sense of camaraderie among its employees through various team-building activities and events. I have working on challenging and diverse projects allowing to hone my Java/EE skills significantly. I have been encouraged to take ownership of modules and have had the independence to deliver them. This has not only improved my technical capabilities but also allowed me to adapt to verifying project requirements. Learning is encouraged and the regular training sessions have helped me to stay updated with latest industry trends and best practices. 1. I wouldn't say this is a dislike but some times there will be high workload. During peak project periods, the workload may become demanding and we may end up working on multiple projects. 2. Need hybrid work model back.
