Even in covid times, senior level management connected with each new joinee individually and explained the work we have done and what are the future plans. 1. I wouldn't say this is a dislike but some times there will be high workload. During peak project periods, the workload may become demanding and we may end up working on multiple projects. 2. Need hybrid work model back.

I have been working with Boston Technology Corporation (BTC) since 2021 as a Java Developer and I can confidently say that it has been a rewarding and enriching experience. I have worked with some of the biggest clients in the US healthcare space. The work environment at BTC is conducive to learning and it provides you opportunities to grow.
