If you want to work in a very reputed and systematic organization then Bosch Rexroth is the one for you. There is very good environment and culture for the work. You can also learn lots of skills like Machining, Service, Quality and Supply chain management. If you are going to join as a Graduate Apprentice Trainee then there is no commitment to continue the job after a 1 year completion of your Apprentice.

Career growth stucks. At very biased management. Work life balance is poor due to long distance of plant from city.

Hectic and no proper appreciation if you do any inmprovement. Only earned 7 kaizen certi and one BES selection and good word when speek face to face with management. But no benefit on paper. So i left organisation.
