This company is so technically adoptive. It makes it's own innovations too from which I learnt much. It provides very much safety in COVID -19 to every employee.

Dislikes

They actually want to make all their work be completed by their apprentices. This is a wierd thing that their most of employees are having this type of tendencies.

The support and respect for EVERYONE in the plant/related to is equally high which is very crucial for any company to grow. Great learning environment and company knows how to keep the job joyful and interesting. I am really thankful for experiencing such diversified and excellent job culture in right start if my currier.

Dislikes

I can't think of any right now, but a problem that was common there was lack of coordination between sales and production.

Work Details

My work was hell lot of exciting. I was responsible to find out new areas for improvements. I was basically in Industry 4.0 department to help the plant in getting more close to the smart factory concept. i had to to co-ordinate among all the departments.

Working culture is good, talking about the job security as an apprentice is none, but as a permanent employee its the best. Monetary appraisal is not there but everyone enjoys the work. Work life balance is good because of 5-day week culture.

Dislikes

Lots and lots or paperwork and permission for even a small work.

Working in a Rexroth is like working in. Government firm. Their is all the facility available for an employee and a perfect company to work.

Dislikes

I don't like about the company is that some time they don't judge the apprentice engineer by their knowledge. There are also some politics working.
