HR policies in India are worst with least benefits and hikes. Learning on job is close to nothing. Extremely slow career growth with peanut hikes. Obsolete tech stack in majority projects. Extreme micro management at org level especially in India. Roles are not what they promise initially during interview. Bad project level decisions. The once glorified job security is now a myth. There is nothing pros of this company. Specially if you are working in Mobility service team. If you are fresher, you will have a good time but if you are a mid level experience guy then it's a next hell for you. Your ideas will be suppressed, you will be humiliated, your efforts will go unnoticed.
