There is nothing pros of this company. Specially if you are working in Mobility service team. If you are fresher, you will have a good time but if you are a mid level experience guy then it's a next hell for you. Your ideas will be suppressed, you will be humiliated, your efforts will go unnoticed. Bosch as a company is great, data annotation department is more biased and there is no value for the associates who relocate from other states to core location.

1. If u are having health issues or ur children having health issues or ur parents, if u think u can stay back home with them and continue ur work to help your team, forget about it. HR will take you to apply for a leave 2. They are such an hypocrite that they will send mail about work-life balance and mental health, but don't understand that pushing the Bengaluru traffic and coming to office waste so much of energy that people get frustrated.
