One of the major automotive tier 1 company. Best company to settle down and have good work life balance. Good work culture and exposure to different cultures as well as automotive technologies.

Back then technology was good to learn.Free food but less compensation.

The first year of joining the management will make you work day night weekens.12 hours work plus weekend without compensation. Management is unskilled and are in the position not based on skills but for the duration they worked. No work-life balance. The focus is more on boss favourite or native instead on the real contributors. Hiring is extremely biased. Especially for females.

Very bad growth in salary and promotions, It is no where competent in the market. Even on shore opportunities are very less and highly specific only to certain teams. There are no team building activities or employee motivation programs. Join here only if you want to have job security and mediocre growth in career and salary.
