Bosch is adding more people to PIP. Managers will make you to feel insecure by telling LPM/PIP. Only the people should work Managers will not at work or do any support to project but you cannot question them back as you your limit. If you have proper justification with medical reports also WFH will not approve because your manager should tell ok. Managers are not managers micro management Managers. Bureaucracy in systems/process, people. Too much time for taking simple decisions. Age old HR tools. Often people at entry level lack their mentoring from middle/Senior level.

HR policies in India are worst with least benefits and hikes. Learning on job is close to nothing. Extremely slow career growth with peanut hikes. Obsolete tech stack in majority projects. Extreme micro management at org level especially in India. Roles are not what they promise initially during interview. Bad project level decisions. The once glorified job security is now a myth. Your resume will die with 3 months notice. It has become just another service company that advertises itself as product company. There are many dislikes like working culture in some departments is pathetic and toxic. Not all but middle management is ruining the reputation and brand of Bosch. Some managers openly encourage favoritism, biasing and they see treat employees from other states differently. Unfortunately I saw group culture like Tamil group, Kannadagroup, mallu group and so on and there is so much politics that even game of thrones is also small. No proper encouragement for talented associates. For promotions you either from the same state or place as your manager or you literally good at licking their a**, They don't hesitate to snatch the credits of your work. If you have career ambitions and goals do not join this company especially in Bengaluru.
