As a company Born is exceptionally a best big small company as it is growing tremendously. It gives good work-life balance and working environment is well and good. Since I'm working in night shift with a US company, it's really hard to balance work-life and health. Not recommended for a night shift job in Born. But its a very good company for career growth, appraisals will be minimum of 8%, travel was a big plus since many will be traveling on weekly basis across the globe. The training program is a big plus where they will train you all necessary certification....Read More

Dislikes

Night shift job should be avoided in Born.

Work Details

Since I'm on night shift and in the US project, Its bit boring for me. But for my friends who are working on the day shift, they are into really interesting projects who will develop and test from the scratch and deliver the project.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
