Company policies are good and face values got better salary hikes. Huge variations in salary band Vs experience. Global support is extremely good. COVID 19 support is extremely good due to government push.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and Management is most responsible for the same because of involvement at extremely below level unnecessarily.salary and career growth are very slow and hikes given only on face values not towards work or target achievements.

Though it's MNC but the strength is not that high in India as of now.This factor has both pro and con.

Frugal management, poor & lethargic HR & Admin department, Food is below average. There is no job security. Politics is at peak as if its a parliament not an office. No extra curricular activities. Company infrastructure & employee satisfaction is Zero.
