Bonace EPL only provides engineers to their clients on contractual basis. Like Unilever. Then Unilever managers decides everything (working hours, pay, job responsibilities, etc.). There is so many things to learn when you get opportunity to work in WCM FMCG like Unilever.

There is work-life balance at all, neither job security. Your job is totally dependent on the manager you are working under, or the project time-line.
