Huge uptick in ask for digital tools which is good for development of people but highly influenced by Regional bias and Favouritism

Dislikes

Little to no emphasis on product knowledge development of employees. Work is highly influenced and commanded by regional stakeholders. Hiring and Promotions is not on merit rather on how well you are connected No quantitative measurement of performance rather connections. Too much of restructuring - almost every 2 years which leads to questions on the direction and target of the organisation. Compensation is not at par with industry....Read More
