So many things has changed. Too much of cost cutting. Sodaxo card benifit has been discontinued, CCD machines has been removed, laying off the employees. Poor transport service in which employees are stuffed like anything on back seat. Right now people are working here because there is no other option.

The company is going through a lot of senior leadership changes. Favoritism starts at the top, senior leadership having acquaintances with colleagues from JP and Morgan Stanley have taken over and existing ppl are being discarded in a dishonest fashion. There is a sense of insecurity across the floor. And senior leaders are not doing enough to pass on a sense of security (I think they are trying to save their own positions and somewhere got lost) I have heard lot of stories, people being told to leave the bank.
