It was good before but after Robin Vince the culture is getting worst. People are being fired left right and centre. They hire and they fire. They don't know what they are doing. Sometimes employee surveys become so important and sometimes the leaders say that we throw that in to the dustbin. Really, you are throwing our opinion into the dustbin..
