Work culture is amazing. Other factors are decided only by the team you get. WFH for the last 1 year and no forcing of employees to come to office.. free cabs for women..free parking. Food coupon for 1250 per month.

Dislikes

Very less compensation compared to the competitors, bonus and hike will be so low. Since the allowance is given on daily basis, your fixed CTC will be less and it is difficult to jump jobs due to this.
