nothing much to like, call themselves an international tier1 bank but everything is worse than a mid market bank.

Dislikes

Everything is a mess, no systems, no processes, no structure, no balance and no quality for that matter. People coming in from local banks have ruined the so called European culture of working and made it worse than a factory labour job.

Also once you leave the company, you cannot join any other Bank or Bank supporting company like SBI or TCS or TechM due to their Non-poaching agreement for 1 year. No individual employee benefits. You can not talk to HR directly. They sit in secret room.

No work life balance, 12 hours sitting and weekend login is normal. Favouritism, Partiality is evident and noone is bothered about it. Hardwork is never appreciated. Nice people are made scapegoat whenever there are issues. The list will go on.

Operations departments are literal hell. Product control and MO teams have great worklife balance but management in FX and Derivs space is extremely toxic. 0 worklife balance and job security is also soon not going to be there due to the incoming offshore process migrations.

Most important job security... which everyone's need I.e there. Apart from that diversify works mens if u yiu are not wing to carry on in your current role u can move any department as per your wish. Company gives opportunity to learn at work place. Provide many trainings as per your need and even you assign training aa per your reference.....
