As far as ISPL the IT arm is concerned Mumbai and Bangalore offices takes highest priority while chennai is treated low Technology wise more legacy applications and they are 10 to 15 years back compared to other peer banks. Very very low compensation for long timers and no market correction program. Almost zero perks except Hungerford Highly not suitable for freshers and mid senior level in terms of growth opportunities. Micromanagement alot No freedom to learn new things The management will control anything and everything you do on the laptop. You are tracked. No new tasks come your way. There will be continuously people following up and distracting you. Ruins once mental peace.

Some of the benefits which peers are giving like paternity leaves and work from outside of location is not an issue as long as you complete your office days, whereas in BNP it is limited to just 15 days a year which is a big letdown

Everything, very bad management, extremely ego oriented, not a good people to work. I have made a terrific decision of coming here. Please revise your thoughts about this organisation, it's a not a good one as they way it get projected outside.

No proper hike, Micro management of managers, favouratism, giving good hike and promotion only to the favourite person who say yes to whatever wrong things said by manager, no feedback taken by managers in a positive way. if you try to correct them in any process that may hurt their ego and the grudges will be kept forever.
