As far as ISPL the IT arm is concerned Mumbai and Bangalore offices takes highest priority while chennai is treated low Technology wise more legacy applications and they are 10 to 15 years back compared to other peer banks. Very very low compensation for long timers and no market correction program. Some of the benefits which peers are giving like paternity leaves and work from outside of location is not an issue as long as you complete your office days, whereas in BNP it is limited to just 15 days a year which is a big letdown
