The company gives good bonuses and the increment is also slightly higher than the competitors. The work culture is good and team is very supportive.

Dislikes

Growth is based on number of years of work and not performance. Follows the old orthodox method for promotion. Mobility is available after 2 years but might impact bonus and promotion.
