Likes

Management in BNP Paribas IT department is very understanding and fair. From PM's to SPM's everyone have trust and faith in their employees. There are lot of onsite opportunity, in all projects. 8.30 hours of shift perfect to maintain work-life balance. Training is arranged for the employees by inhouse trainer or else vendors are also appointed.

Dislikes

Transport facility should be improved. Basic office infrastructure

Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). If I choose option 2, could they revoke the offer?(As the HR told changing the DOJ in released offer letter is not possible
